Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These terms govern your use of the casely.cc website and the Casely legal practice management platform.

Use of the website

Content on this site is provided for general information about the Casely product. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content as your own.

The platform

Access to the Casely application is governed by your subscription agreement. Casely provides practice management software; it does not provide legal advice, and use of the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with Casely.

Trials, subscriptions & billing

Trials and paid plans are offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor; fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, access another tenant's data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Casely software, brand, and website content are owned by Casely and its developer, Cognivaa. Data you enter into the platform remains yours; we act only as a processor of that data (see the Privacy Policy and GDPR pages).

Data protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Data Security, and GDPR & EU compliance commitments.

Liability

The website and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
